Are you an active student, staff, or faculty member? Passwords usually expire once per year. You may need to reset your password. Call computing services at (516)876-3098 or go to IT page and open a service ticket or initiate a password change. Campus IT Services are located at the service desk on the lower level of the New Academic Building.
